Martín Códax Lias Albariño DO Rías Baixas 3x75Cl

The Martín Códax Lías grape comes from a careful selection of particularly balanced vineyards: plots with a lower yield and a high intensity of green interventions on the vineyard so that the bunch receives greater sun exposure, which helps to enhance the aromatic complexity of the grape. To extract all its potential, manual harvesting is carried out during its production, which is refrigerated for 48 hours, whole bunch pressing, selecting only the first fraction of the pressing obtained at very low pressure. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on lees for 6-7 months. Subsequently, it is stored for up to 12 months in stainless steel tanks in order to balance the aromas of the lees and those of the variety.
