Bodegas Paniza, founded more than 60 years ago, with dedication to the elaboration and sale of wines. At Bodegas Paniza we work under a maxim, flexibility. Constant adaptation to the needs of each of the customers, which allows us to adapt the product to the needs and trends of the different markets in which we operate. Bodegas Paniza has found its place in the world of wine for export and our wines are enjoyed in more than forty countries on all continents.
History
The company originated in the town of Paniza, Zaragoza, where local winegrowers joined together in a cooperative called Cooperativa Vitivinícola de Nuestra Señora del Águila. In the 1980s, the winery automated bottling, increasing its productivity. In 1996, a specific building for wine aging was built. Between 2007 and 2014, the company completely renovated its image and facilities, incorporating new techniques and equipment. New, modern and functional facilities were inaugurated in 2015. Currently, the winery has 360 winegrowing partners and exports to more than 58 countries.
Product types
It offers a wide range of red, white, and rosé wines, including young, signature, varietal, and aged wines. Highlights include Paniza Pizarra, Viñas Viejas de Paniza, Ibero de Paniza, Momento Clave Garnacha Nueva, the Jabalí, Fábula de Paniza, and High Mountains ranges, as well as Paniza Ancestor's Garnacha. The main grape varieties used are Garnacha, Syrah, Cariñena, Chardonnay, Garnacha Blanca, Tempranillo, Viura, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
