Organic Pedro Ximénez Wine Robles 500ml

Wine made from Pedro Ximénez raisins from our estate in Villargallegos. During the “sunning” period, we spread out the grapes harvested in August on the “paseras”, a part of the vineyard with a gentle slope where we take special care to ensure that the raisins are regular and homogeneous by turning the bunches by hand. Bodegas Robles is one of the few wineries that still preserves its own pasaeras, which allows us to take extreme care in what is considered the last artisan work in the countryside in Andalusia.
