Features

  • Tasting note: Golden, clear and bright color. Fine aromas of tropical fruit, mango and passion fruit, with fine vegetable notes (fennel) and a lactic nuance. In the mouth it is tasty and fresh, with a delicious, fruity and full finish.
  • Gastronomy: Perfect with baked fish and white meats, simple dishes such as fish or poultry baked with butter and herbs are ideal. It also accompanies risottos, pastas and salads that include peach or mango. Serve at 12ºC.
