Purple-red wine with violet rims, aromas of good intensity with stewed red fruits, menthol and violets. Medium bodied, tasty and with very pleasant fruit sensations, balanced acidity and good persistence.

Elaboration: By means of the cryomaceration system in the initial phase, later with traditional maceration or carbonic semi-maceration, with skimming of the must, controlling its temperature between 20ºC and 25ºC and paste temperature between 25ºC and 30º. Tasting notes: Purple red with violet rims, aromas of good intensity with stewed red fruits, menthol and violets. Medium bodied, tasty and with very pleasant fruit sensations, balanced acidity and good persistence. Pairing: Light meat rice dishes (rabbit, chicken, etc.), vegetable soups, mushrooms, hot creams, Manchego gazpacho, blue fish (sardines, anchovies) grilled or grilled, roast chicken, legume stews. Conservation and consumption: The appropriate temperature for conservation of this wine is 16-18 ºC and consumption around 14ºC.
