• 70% Tempranillo and 30% Graciano. Harvested manually, the grapes are placed in 15-kilogram boxes from vineyards with an average age of over 25 years. Partial destemming is carried out, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in 50-hl oak vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new American oak barrels, followed by 15 months of aging in oak barrels.
