• Grape varieties: 50% Garnacha and 50% Graciano. Harvested manually, the grapes are placed in 15-kilogram boxes from vineyards with an average age of over 25 years. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new American oak barrels. The wine is aged for 15 months in 60% French oak and 40% American oak barrels, and a minimum of 9 months in the bottle.
