Canarias Distribuciones Exclusivas (Cadiex SL) was established on March 3, 1989. Its activity consists in the importation and distribution of wines, distillates, beers, waters, soft drinks and food products of domestic and foreign brands with a notable presence in the market. . The share capital of Cadiex S.L. is 540,000 euros, being 100% owned by Galaco S.A. In 1998 Cadiex S.L. it becomes a regional company through the merger between Comercial Marfe S.A. (Tenerife) Cadiex S.L. It is a company that has commercial delegations in 5 of the 7 islands of the Canary Archipelago. The Galaco Group is formed by two companies, Galaco S.A. arising from the merger of Comercial J. Galarza S.A. and Atlántico S.A. in 1997 and Cadiex S.L. The total turnover of the Galaco Group amounted to 74.13 million euros in 2015. Both companies have a completely independent commercial network. The constant evolution of Cadiex S.L. reflected in its turnover and in its continuous presence in the distribution networks, they turn it into a secure firm backed by a great team of professionals and products of leading brands.
