Recommendation for use 1. Extraer del envase y retirar las gomas. Quitar los muslos y las alas. 2. Filetear el capón en frío en lonchas más o menos finas. 3. Colocar en la bandeja del horno el capón cortado, junto con los muslos, las alas y unas manzanas reinetas cortadas en rodajas alrededor y rociarlo con la salsa del capón. Hornear 30 minutos a 180°C. Modo de preparación en frío: Extraer del envase y cortar los muslos y las alas. Filetear el capón en frío, en lonchas más o menos finas. Acompañar con alguna de nuestras guarniciones, como la compota de manzana. Nuestro consejo: Recomendamos mezclar la salsa incluida con la propia grasa que rodea el capón para un resultado óptimo. Añadir menos cantidad de salsa si se desea un sabor menos dulce. Las manzanas enteras se pueden asar en el microondas, ya que es más rápido (aprox. 5 minutos por manzana).
