Recommendation for use Extraer del envase y retirar las gomas. Quitar los muslos y las alas. Filetear la pularda en frío en lonchas más o menos finas. Colocar en la bandeja de horno la pularda cortada, junto con los muslos, las alas y una de las guarniciones (sugeridas a continuacion). Rociar todo con la salsa de Oporto y hornear 30 minutos a 180ºC. Modo de preparación en frío: Extraer del envase, retirar las gomas, y cortar los muslos y las alas. Filetear la pularda en frío, en lonchas más o menos finas. Acompañar con alguna de nuestras guarniciones, como la compota de manzana. Nuestro consejo: Para un resultado óptimo mezclar la salsa de Oporto (incluida) con la propia grasa que rodea la pularda. Guarniciones recomendadas: Ideal junto a castañas en conserva, chalotas, patatas parisinas o salteado de setas, todos ellos productos que puedes encontrar fácilmente en tu establecimiento habitual.
