History
The company's origins date back to 1761, when the Hill family settled in the Penedès region to dedicate themselves to grape growing and winemaking. The current farmhouse and winery were built in 1887. After overcoming the phylloxera crisis and modernizing its facilities in 1918 and 1924, they began producing cava using the Champagne method in 1926. In 2018, they restored their original winery. Ownership changed hands in the 1970s, and the company now leads the Ferrer Wines group, maintaining its legacy and adapting to new challenges.

Product types
The company mainly offers cavas and wines. Among the cavas, the Panot Gaudí lines (Gran Reserva, Brut Reserva, Brut Nature, Brut, Pinot Noir, Coral), Cuvée 1887 (Brut Nature Organic, Brut Organic, Semisec, Rosé) and the Private Collection stand out. In wines, the Mediterranis d'Hill (Nàiada Negre, Rosat, Blanc), the classics from Masia Hill (Negre, Rosat, Blanc) and others such as Gran Civet and Or Penedés stand out.

Mission
The company seeks to pay homage to its homeland, Barcelona, to modernism, and to the art of enjoying life, sharing and celebrating through its products. It is inspired by nature and tradition, aiming to express the essence of its surroundings and maintain a commitment to quality and excellence. Its vision is to continue growing and promoting its wines and cavas worldwide, while maintaining respect for tradition and innovation.
