Base (50%): Wheat flour, rehydrated cauliflower (19.8%) (equivalent to an average of 120g of fresh cauliflower), buckwheat flour, yeast and emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate), corn flour and extra virgin olive oil (0.54%). Garnish (50%): Mix of grated cheeses (20%) [mozzarella (pasteurized cow's milk, milk protein, salt, acidulant (citric acid), rennet, lactic ferments, preservative (potassium sorbate)) and potato starch) and gouda], tomato sauce (20%) [tomato puree and acidulant (citric acid)], cooked ham (10%) [(pork ham, water, salt, sugar, stabilisers (pentasodium triphosphate, carrageenans), antioxidants (sodium erythorbate, rosemary extract), flavouring, preservative (sodium nitrite) and spices] and oregano.
