History
The company was founded in 1958 by Enric Bernat, who created the first lollipop called Gol. The product was later renamed Chups and finally Chupa Chups, consolidating its name with a popular jingle. In 1969, Salvador Dalí designed the daisy logo. By 1990, the brand was present in 164 countries. In 1994, they launched Mega Chups, and in 1995, their products reached space with Russian astronauts. In 2006, Chupa Chups became part of the Italian group Perfetti Van Melle. The company has celebrated milestones such as its 50th and 60th anniversaries and has launched innovative campaigns and products over the years.
