Esenciaúnica Ibérico Acorn-Fed Salchichón comes from a unique environment: our pastures, covered with the finest grass and ancient holm oaks that, generation after generation, provide the pig with valuable acorns. The Salchichón is made with the finest lean meats seasoned with natural spices and a light touch of pepper. The piece has undergone a curing and drying process of at least 50 days. This provides an intense flavor and characteristic aroma, as well as a firm and compact consistency to the touch.
