The Esenciaúnica 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder comes from 100% Iberian pigs. A unique and authentic breed that lives and feeds freely in the Dehesas, their natural habitat. It is also exclusively Iberian Bellota, the highest category available according to the Official Classification of Iberian Pigs.
