Cava Whole Brut Nature 75cl.

Once the harvest is complete, the grapes are transferred to pneumatic presses, where a very gentle pressing is carried out to extract the free-run juice from which this cava is made. The juice is then left to settle and cleaned before moving to tanks where the initial fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Once this is complete, the cava is bottled for the second fermentation, where it remains in contact with its lees for approximately 12 months. Pale yellow with greenish glints. Fresh fruit, white flowers, and light hints of nuts and pastries. Elegant, fresh, natural, and with balanced acidity.
