Hierbas de Mallorca Dulces 70 cl -25% V Hierbas de Mallorca is defined as an anise-flavored spirit obtained primarily by extracting the aromas of various plants native to the island, including fennel, rosemary, lemon verbena, chamomile, lemon, orange, and lemon balm. At the Jordi Perelló distilleries, we produce our spirits using traditional methods, faithfully following the traditional recipe of our ancestors. The Hierbas are harvested at dawn in May and macerated for at least 60 days. Then, distilled anise, produced in our century-old stills, is added.
