The name "Siderit" comes from the Sideritis hyssopifolia plant, commonly known as rock tea, an emblematic species of the Picos de Europa. This plant, appreciated for its digestive properties and its use in traditional infusions, symbolizes the connection of our distillery with the botanical wealth of the region. Our recipe incorporates 12 selected botanicals, including juniper, coriander, rock tea, cardamom, angelica root, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, mandarin peel, hibiscus flower, pink pepper, marcona almond and iris root. This combination offers a unique and sophisticated aromatic profile. Made with the lowest mineralized water from the Iberian Peninsula, London Dry Gin Siderit has a smooth texture and exceptional purity. With 43% alcohol, it is ideal to enjoy alone or in cocktails.
