Siderit Vermouth 750ml bottle double macerated with herbs and honey flowers from the Cantabrian Coast, without added sugars, Jerez vat

The Vermouth has notes of an intense mahogany red colour with amber highlights, with a low alcohol content in the clean product and no cloudiness problems. On the nose it is very intense with notes of wild flowers, aromatic herbs and spices, as well as a touch of wood. We also find balsamic notes that give us a pleasant bitter touch. On the palate it is smooth but with a perfect balance with the acidity of the product. Very long and unique aftertaste, with intense bitter notes, which speak to us of the high quality of the product.

Features

• The first vermouth without added sugars on the market, winner of the Alimentos de España Innovation Award 2017. The product is based on a two-month maceration period of more than 100 base herbs in a hydroalcoholic solution. The product is aged in sherry barrels to stabilise aromas and colour, together with a Pedro Ximenez wine and a second maceration of flowers.
