Family business dedicated to the elaboration of spirits, creams and liquors. Since 1984, it has distilled by hand in its copper still to obtain a fine and exquisite flavor worthy of the most demanding palates.
Through the CervatO brand, the company has achieved that its products stand out for their quality and their characteristic natural flavor.
The tradition of a family distillery is not incompatible with innovation. In 2006, the second generation of the family takes the reins of the company and bets on the creation of new products but always with the highest quality. Liquors such as the Mojito CervatO, an original cocktail with a touch of marc and aromas of lime and mint or its famous Cream of Orujo, made with milk cream and marc liquor are some of the products for which they bet. Thanks to them they manage to position the company as a benchmark in the alcoholic drinks market and obtain different awards in some of their references
In 2013, they decided to take a risk for a totally new flavor, their Cream of Rice with CervatO Milk. Thanks to him, they have managed to fully enter the market and keep growing. In 2016, due to the boom of alcoholic beverages to drink in combination, after months of testing in their laboratory they come up with the perfect formula of the Rum & Strawberry CervatO. A unique flavor with which to leave aside the most classic concepts of the usual rum.
