If there is a special time of year, it is Christmas. For each of us, Christmas has a different meaning, but we can all agree that it is a special time to gather with those we love around the table. At Pastoret, our hearts ask us to share with you our most Christmassy recipes. Those recipes that have always been made at home so that you can enjoy them at home. One of the recipes that is most successful at home is Truffle Cream. And since we make a very soft Truffle, with fresh cream from freshly milked milk, we have called it Truffle Bombón. We don't know if you will like the name, but we are convinced that you will love the recipe.
