Munar Mallorcan sobrasada is made exclusively with ham and pork bacon. Paprika gives it its characteristic deep red color. Its smooth and creamy texture makes it a very versatile product, whether spread on bread or combined with a multitude of other products such as cheeses, jams, honey, or quince jelly, or used in cooking recipes.
