Munar Black Pig Mallorcan Sobrasada is made with meat from the Majorcan Black Pig, a native breed raised free-range and fed a completely natural diet. It is made with more than 30% prime cuts of pork: hams, shoulders, loin, and sirloin. Its intense flavor and smooth, creamy texture make it a very versatile product, whether spread on bread or combined with a multitude of other products such as cheeses, jams, honey, or quince jelly, or used in cooking recipes.
