History
Founded in 1914 as a bulk winemaking company in Cornudella de Montsant, the company evolved into the production of aromatized and liqueur wines, moving to Reus in 1957. In 1975, it adopted the name Emilio Miró Salvat, SA, and in 1983 specialized in packaged products, highlighting its Rosso, Bianco, and Extra Dry vermouths. Since 1990, it has focused on the Miró brand and the traditional Reus vermouth, experiencing growth under the second generation of the family. Between 2016 and 2019, it expanded its activity to third-party manufacturing. In 2020, it was acquired by Masergrup, beginning a new phase of expansion and brand consolidation.
