History
Cafés Oquendo began its operations in 1986 in Asturias, beginning with the roasting and packaging of coffee. Over the years, the company has experienced sustained growth, expanding nationally and internationally. It has overcome challenges such as a fire in 1994 and has made acquisitions and facility expansions, including the opening of branches outside of Asturias, the acquisition of other coffee brands, and the introduction of innovations in packaging and production. Currently, it is present in more than 27 countries and is among the leading coffee operators in Spain.
Product types
The company offers whole bean, ground, instant, and capsule coffees compatible with Nespresso® and Dolce Gusto® systems. It also sells teas, infusions, chocolates, organic products, and accessories such as tableware and mugs. Highlights include compostable capsules, a range of Great Origin coffees, the Oquendo Natura Organic line, and exclusive blends such as Italian Espresso and flavored cappuccinos.
