In 2011, we launched our first non-alcoholic sparkling wine after two years of technical and market research and winemaking trials. In 2016, we not only revamped the presentation but also the taste of the product. In 2022, we took a further step, reducing the sugar content (from 54g to 38g) to create a low-calorie, vegan-friendly wine. We conducted numerous tests and tastings to find the perfect, updated profile for an innovative product in an expanding market.
