Activity
In HARICAMAN we have been producing flour, cereal products and breadcrumbs for 25 years, innovating and investing constantly, going from supplying bakeries in the region to distributing our products nationally and internationally. We mainly source raw materials from local farmers, we want to promote the local economy and avoid unnecessary transport. We demand from our suppliers the same care in their products that we apply to ours. The closeness with our suppliers allows us to modulate the raw material from its origin. In our eagerness to always be at the service of the consumer and attending to their needs, we have created a new line of organic products and another of gluten-free products, for which we have built totally independent facilities with the highest technology. Our new laboratory, free of gluten, allows us to analyze our products and guarantee their absence.


History
Haricaman is a family business founded in 1991. Initially focused on producing flour for local bakeries, it has evolved to specialize in the manufacturing and packaging of flour, breadcrumbs, and cereal derivatives for major national and European retailers. The second generation of the family has driven innovation and technological adaptation, highlighting the inauguration of independent, state-of-the-art facilities for gluten-free products in 2017. The company has obtained certifications such as ISO 9001, IFS, and the Innovative SME Seal, and remains committed to the local economy and the quality of its raw materials.


Product types
The company offers a wide range of products, including wheat and specialty flours, flours from other cereals, organic flours, gluten-free flours, breadcrumbs (including organic and gluten-free varieties), breakfast cereals for adults and children, flakes and bran, seeds (such as quinoa, chia, flax, millet, and sunflower), and semolina. Highlights include flours prepared for specific uses (cake, pizza, tempura, pancakes), Japanese-style breadcrumbs (panko), filled breakfast cereals, and organic and gluten-free seeds.
