History
Founded in 1967 as a family cheese factory in Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa (Zamora, Spain), the company has experienced steady growth, expanding and modernizing its facilities several times (1998, 2012, 2015, 2018) to adapt to the demands of the global market. Currently, its products are distributed in more than 80 countries and have received numerous awards and recognitions for their quality.


Product types
The company offers a wide variety of cheeses made from sheep, goat, cow, and blended milk, in different formats and ripening levels (fresh, soft, semi-cured, cured, aged, gran reserva, blue, etc.). Highlights include flavored cheese pearls, Brebis D'Or sheep cheeses with truffles, Valdeón PGI blue cheese, Manchego DOP cheese, Castellano PGI cheese under the San Ruffino brand, and gourmet specialties such as goat cheese delights with rosemary.
