London Dry Gin, Monti Soul, bottle

A classic dry gin made in Madrid with natural botanicals and water from the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park. Distilled in a copper still using the LONDON DRY GIN process in small batches of 100 bottles. Monti Gin derives its unique personality from our land, as some of its botanicals, such as lavender, olive leaves, orange, lemon, and licorice, are native to the Mediterranean basin. All of these make Monti a complex gin, full of aromatic nuances, in which the alcohol is perfectly integrated and not overpowering. Juniper, citrus, and a very herbal touch stand out, reminiscent of a fine aroma of the countryside. It is smooth, enveloping, and very glycerin-rich, with a velvety finish and a subtle, elegant bitterness.
