SOL Y CAFÉ producers grow cocoa on the Amazonian slopes of the Andes and work transparently as partners in their cooperative. Ensuring the traceability of cocoa is a way of valuing the work and commitment of these producers, whose children have access to education thanks to Fair Trade. The cocoa in this bar also comes from ten other Fair Trade projects with cooperatives in Ecuador and Peru.
