The Bosch i Casals family has been producing products in a limited and controlled manner since 2003, maintaining a traditional, artisanal approach to sausage production. The company has established its presence at fairs and markets in Catalonia, as well as at several gastronomic forums in Spain and France.
Product types
They offer a wide range of cured sausages (such as llonganissa, fuet, secallona, somalla, sobrassada, xoriço, bacon, lomo and cap de lomo), cooked sausages (bisbes, botifarres, pa de fetge, onion botifarró and llardons), and fresh products (fresh botifarra, fresh xoriço, marinated pork pintxos and different types of hamburgers). Among their most notable products are llonganissa Sant Feliu, llonganissa del Bruixot, secallona, fuet and fresh botifarra.
