Our olive grove, located in the heart of the Natural Park of the Subbética Cordobesa, forming part of a sea of ??centenary olive trees that surround La Tiñosa, the highest peak in the province of Córdoba. In it, two varieties of olive, picuda and hojiblanca predominate. The harvesting is done manually since mechanization in this steep terrain is practically impossible.
