Anís Sec Estrella d'Artà is a centuries-old anise whose characteristic aroma comes from green anise and star anise. It was one of the first products Licors Moyà produced more than 130 years ago, and its recipe remains unchanged. Its name refers to the shape of the Illicium verum fruit. Its consumption is rooted in the cultural sphere of Mediterranean Europe, and its plants were already used by the Greeks and Romans for medicinal and culinary purposes. It is perfect with coffee, either mixed, after coffee in the same cup, or in a separate glass. It is also an essential ingredient in many pastry recipes.
