Liquats Vegetals was founded in 1991 by Josep Mª Erra, who came from a family with a long tradition in the dairy industry. The company was born with the goal of creating plant-based beverages with good nutritional properties, without ingredients of animal origin. From the initial production of soy beverages in small health food stores, the company has grown to become a leader in the Spanish market and exports to more than 40 countries. Throughout its history, it has launched its own brands, expanded its facilities, obtained international certifications, and has been a pioneer in products without additives and without added sugars. In 2023, it obtained B Corp certification, reinforcing its social and environmental commitment.

The company offers a wide range of plant-based beverages, both organic and conventional, made primarily from oats, rice, soy, and almonds. Its most notable brands are YOSOY (plant-based beverages without additives or added sugars), a brand of organic plant-based beverages for the diet market; Almendrola (specializing in almond beverages); and an international brand offering a variety of 100% plant-based beverages.

Liquats Vegetals' mission is to create unique plant-based foods through its own knowledge and technological processes, using quality raw materials. Its vision is to promote the transition to a healthy, sustainable, plant-based diet, contributing to people's well-being and balance with the planet.
