Activity
We are Mahou San Miguel: the leading brewing company in our country and the most international. We produce 70% of the Spanish beer that is drunk in the world. We are a family company, 100% Spanish, number one in the beer sector in our country and a leader in international implementation thanks to the talent of our 3,000 professionals. Our Company was founded in 2000, when Mahou, a century-old company, acquired San Miguel. In 2004, we incorporated the Canarian brand Reina and in 2007 Cervezas Alhambra, consolidating the Spanish beer market through our acquisitions. In addition, we have diversified with the purchase in 2011 of Solán de Cabras. We promote development through internationalization, innovation and continuous improvement and we are firmly committed to society.

History
Mahou was founded in 1890 in Madrid, where it opened its first brewery on Amaniel Street. Over the course of more than 135 years, the company has experienced several key stages: a boost to sports and culture, an expansion of its product range, the introduction of technological innovations in beer production and service, and the move to new, larger facilities, such as the Alovera brewery, one of the largest in Europe. Mahou has maintained a close relationship with the city of Madrid, sports, film, and music, and has been a pioneer in advertising and the creation of industry associations. It has overcome difficult periods and evolved by adapting to the needs of the market and consumers.

Product types
The company offers a wide range of beers, including Mahou Cinco Estrellas (with varieties such as Sin Gluten, Unfiltered, Session IPA, and Radler), Mahou Clásica, Mahou Maestra (Doble Lúpulo and Dunkel), Mahou Barrica (Original and Bourbon), Mahou Sin, Mahou 0.0 Tostada (also gluten-free), Mahou Rosé, and Mahou La Diabla. Particularly noteworthy are Mahou Cinco Estrellas, Mahou 0.0 Tostada, and Mahou Maestra, as well as products with vegan and gluten-free certifications.

Mission
Mahou's mission is to produce the highest quality beers for all occasions, preserving its brewing tradition and culture and promoting sustainability throughout its value chain. Its goal is to remain a benchmark in the beer industry, adapting to consumer needs and maintaining its commitment to quality, innovation, and the environment.
