• Mahou Maestra Dunkel is a dark lager beer with 6.1% alcohol content and great character worthy of the great masters.
• Nearly 90% is Munich malt, which, due to its higher roasting, contributes this type of notes to the beer and, together with a portion of lightly roasted Pilsner malt, builds the body and texture of this beer. Finally, a small proportion of coloured malt, much more roasted, determines the black colour and contributes notes of coffee and chocolate.
• Its appearance is characterized by a black-brown color, a shiny appearance and a dense and very consistent foam. A beer with a malty character with predominant toasted notes, coffee and chocolate, it has a slight smoky touch and is complemented by more complex notes of dried fruits and tobacco.
• On the palate it is full-bodied with a soft and moderate bitterness and a silky texture.
