History
Mantequería Las Nieves was founded in 1948 in Espinosa de los Monteros, Burgos. Initially, it specialized in the production of pure cow's butter. Over time, the company expanded and improved its facilities, incorporating the production of different types of cheeses and other dairy products. It has received several awards in national and international competitions for the quality of its cheeses.
