Our family business is located in Montalbán, a town south of Córdoba. We have been dedicated to the cultivation, production and handling of garlic for more than thirty years. Once collected, our garlic is slowly dried in the field naturally. Next we proceed to the cutting of the stem and the root, a work that today is still done manually. Subsequently, garlic is transported from the field to our ...warehouses. Our cultivation area covers the surroundings of the Subbética Sierra, Sierra Morena and the Guadalquivir Valley. As a result of our sensitivity towards the environment, in 1999 we registered with the CAAE to obtain the ecological certification. Since then we have been a world leader in the cultivation of organic garlic. We also have modern facilities dedicated to the production of fourth range. We process garlic to obtain peeled garlic, garlic paste, canned garlic, fried garlic or black garlic. In this way we have reached more consumers and we supply all the hospitality and food industry channels. We bet and strongly believe in R & D & I for the development and development of new products. We understand that innovation is an essential element to continue growing and consolidate our position in the market. In this sense, an important effort has been made in the incorporation of latest technology machinery and we have a research team for the development of new products that adapt to the current demands of a constantly evolving market. OUR FACILITIES They include the latest technologies for garlic processing. In them our products are subjected to rigorous quality controls to obtain the best flavor with the greatest guarantee of traceability and food safety. We have two large production centers: One is located in the town of Santaella (Córdoba) with facilities of more than 20,000m². Our garlics are transported directly from the field to these facilities. There it is classified by sizes in last generation calibrating machines. Garlics are handled and packaged in different formats and units depending on the demands of customers and markets. We also have innovative refrigeration plants to ensure our customers the supply of garlic from one campaign to another.
