Sweet white wine Dolç d'es Morro 50 cl

Wine made in the traditional Majorcan way, mixing white and red grapes harvested at low sugar content to keep higher acidity. The must is boiled until reduces 50% its initial volume, starting then a spontaneous fermentation for further resting during a couple of months in 3-4 years old barrels. Does not contain added alcohol or sugar.
