Sweet product made from selected apricots, obtained in the traditional way and without added sugar. It has a good consistency, with a gelled but not hard body. It is packed hot in glass jars with a vapour barrier prior to sealing; and subsequently autoclaved. It is then subjected to rapid temperature reduction in a refrigeration tunnel to zero degrees. Final storage at room temperature.
