History
Since 1987, the company has been dedicated to the production of artisan products following traditional Asturian recipes. It has invested in improving its production capacity, storage, and processes, and has participated in innovation projects to optimize the quality and preservation of its products. It has also sought to internationalize its products through trade missions and export certifications.
Product types
It offers artisanal prepared dishes, vacuum-packed (such as artisanal tripe, ears, and snouts) and canned dishes (Asturian fabada, Asturian stew, Asturian tripe, and tripe with chickpeas). It also offers refrigerated products and canned dishes under the O.Villa and El Llanón brands. All its products are gluten-free and suitable for celiacs.
Mission
Cooking artisan products following traditional recipes, using quality raw materials and processes that guarantee food safety and sensory quality, adapting to export requirements and promoting Asturian culinary traditions.
