BLUE DRAGON hoisin sauce 190ml

A thick and flavorful sauce typical of Asian cuisine, made from an authentic recipe based on soybeans and spices. You could say it's their barbecue sauce, traditionally used as a dip to accompany Peking duck (lacquered) with pancakes, barbecued pork, spring rolls, to marinate chicken skewers to give them a sweet, caramelized touch, or as a condiment for bao fillings (steamed, stuffed bread rolls). Fun fact: Hoisin is a Chinese word, from the spoken Cantonese, that literally means seafood, but the sauce doesn't contain seafood, nor does it have any seafood flavor or smell.
