Japanese tempura BLUE DRAGON 150g

Tempura is the name given to a mixture of flours for Japanese-style battering, especially suitable for seafood (shrimp, prawns, etc.) and vegetables. Once fried, the batter is light and fluffy, highlighting the main food. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. For batters: Mix the flour with 225ml of cold water and mix well. Bathe the vegetables or seafood in this mixture, and fry for 2/3 minutes in a wok or saucepan, with plenty of vegetable oil (heated to 160º). When the batter is lightly browned, remove and drain the excess oil. Serve with Tentsuyu sauce (although its recipe varies depending on the season in which it is made, it is usually made with one part soy sauce, three parts dashi (broth) and one part mirin), along with grated daikon (radish).
