We began our activities in1996 and focused our attention on the development and commercialization of Traditional Liquors, respecting only the appraisal of our ancestors and their traditional recipes.
At the same time, we have supported the latest technological advances to improve the production and bottling of our products, although we still have an elaboration and manual handling in certain processes when these products have an increase in quality and are added to our products.

Arima (soul)

It is a pacharan style Pazo de Valdomiño, of great quality.
230 g. of sloes per liter, which gives it a remarkable and fresh fruit flavor. It is a different pacharán, which surprises most of the people who try it very positively.
Arima was launched in the spring of last year as the first of a series of new products that will be released between 2017 and 2018.
Ecological production Valdomiñó Pazo is certified to make ecological production of spirits. In this moment, we are working on Geinebray and Vodka, so that you will have new products in a close future.

Founded in 1996 by Miguel Oliveira in Goián, Tomiño, the distillery has focused its activity on the distillation of Albariño grape pomace and the maceration of herbs and fruits to produce liqueurs. Over the years, it has maintained its commitment to quality and tradition, earning recognition and quality certifications.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of spirits and liqueurs, including White Orujo, Herbal Liqueur, Coffee Liqueur, Coriander Liqueur, Pacharán, creams, and gins.
