History
PepsiCo's history in Spain begins in the 1950s with the introduction of the Pepsi brand. In 1971, it acquired the Matutano plant in Burgos, marking its entry into the snack market. Over the decades, the company has expanded and diversified its portfolio with the addition of brands such as KAS, Alvalle, Tropicana, and Quaker, and the expansion of products such as Lay's, Ruffles, and Pepsi MAX.
