Mumm’s know-how is the energy behind the Mumm Grand Cordon cuvée. It is the ultimate expression of the Maison’s style, driven by its iconic Pinot Noir grape. Mumm Grand Cordon is made from 300 base wines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from over 100 different crus to create the ultimate in quality and consistency. 45% Pinot Noir is taken for its power and structure, 30% Chardonnay is added for its elegance and minerality and the remaining 25% is Pinot Meunier, which brings roundness and balance. An injection of depth and complexity from the reserve wines (around 30%) brings consistency and style to the final blend. After more than 20 months on the lees in the Maison’s cellar, a minimal dosage of just 8 grams per litre is added. Mumm Grand Cordon is finally ready to accompany any occasion with its own emblematic style.
