Absolut Mandrin is made exclusively from natural ingredients and, unlike many other flavored vodkas, contains no added sugar. Its flavor is complex, smooth, and ripe, with the character of orange and mandarin combined with notes of orange peel. Absolut pioneered the flavored vodka market in the mid-1980s with the launch of the now legendary Absolut Citron and Peppar. What began as two flavors has now grown into a collection of 17 flavors. Absolut Mandrin was introduced in 1999, 20 years after Absolut Vodka. It is the fourth flavored vodka on the Absolut list, behind Peppar, Citron, and Kurant. And since mandarin and orange are two of the most popular flavors in the world, Absolut Mandrin was received with the same enthusiasm as the rest of the family.
