PETRONI 75CL + GLASS

We make Petroni following a meticulous selection of Albariño grapes from the Rosalianos vineyards at Pazo Arretén (a winery within the Rías Baixas DO - Ulla-Padrón sub-zone). We age the wine on its own grape lees to perfect the wine base. This results in an Albariño with greater volume, smoothness, and personality. The aim is to maintain the Atlantic freshness, mineral balance, and saline elegance of our grapes. We blend the base with agrotype maceration: an exclusive process through which we improve and intensify the extraction of the essence of each herb, each botanical, and each root.
