Pescafácil is a company dedicated to the preparation and cooking of seafood and cephalopods. Our customers are wholesalers of fresh fish, frozen distributors and large distribution companies.
On the same day that we received a fresh order, we cooked, sorted and packed, and could place it that same night in any fresh market in Spain.
In deep-frozen products, we have tunnels and fast freezing equipment that guarantee the highest quality in our range.
We have more than 4,000 meters of installations in continuous improvement and updating, with several production lines designed according to the strictest Critical Points Control criteria.
History
Pescafácil was founded in 1993 by the Llop family in Burgos, drawing on previous experience in the wholesale seafood trade. Initially, the company operated out of a small warehouse and specialized in traditional seafood processing. Over the years, it expanded its facilities and production lines, incorporating new technologies and products. In 2018, it was integrated into the Lamar Group, strengthening its supply chain and production capacity. Since then, it has continued to grow, investing in new plants and adapting its processes to sustainability criteria and the development of innovative products.
Product types
It offers a wide range of seafood and cephalopods in various presentations, both fresh and frozen. Its products include prawns (especially vannamei), cooked octopus, shrimp, crab, and shellfish platters. It also carries out custom cooking and packaging work for clients and private labels.
