The company began in the 1960s as a family business distributing egg flan and ensaimada pudding to restaurants on the island. It later expanded its range to include brossat greixonera and almond gató. Twenty years later, it entered the family market, adapting formats and packaging. Over the years, it has maintained its artisanal production and has established itself in Mallorca by combining traditional desserts with new trends.
